Whilst every NHS practise has its issues and this one is no different. The staff are all friendly and hard working and the doctors are all lovely. I have had a lot of health issues over the past few years and everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The practise works much better since it dropped the walk in system too.
Terrible GP, avoid if you can. Pharmacy service within GP practice is appalling, constantly mixing up prescriptions and will blatantly "blame" patient for their mistake. Disappointing service from the NHS.
Reception staff, well one in particular, extremely rude and should not be dealing with members of the public. Doctors themselves are in the main ok but are dessimating quickly. Changing practice anyway due to house move.
Excellent. Lovely staff, great service.
Hostile receptionists and other issues led me to change to another GP - terrible experience for my whole family which could well have had fatal consequences
