Decent food and coffee. Staff need a bit more training though, I think. Tables and floor are starting to be neglected and left dirty, even when nobody's in the queue. That's a slippery slope and I'd hate to see Timmy's end up just another dirty fast food joint For some reason, they've also got a fire door wedged open with a box, pissing heating money out the door into -2.

The food and drinks are excellent. However, there is a lot to be said for customer service training. Although some of the staff are helpful and friendly, many are unfortunately not. The attitudes of some of the staff have been rude and when I have asked for clarification of something (baring in mind this is a fairly new coffee shop) I have been spoken to as if I am stupid for asking. It's also quite annoying to be served hot coffee without a paper sleeve. Then you can't actually hold the cup to drink it until the drink is lukewarm. Hopefully these issues will be sorted out because this place has got great potential!

Bad employers. Not a great place to work. Lack of training. And they don't give you the full probation period. Deffo not place to work if you have special need. As you don't get support. Site boss is ignorant. And the job reviews on indeed warn you not to apply for work here . Not hygienic place

The most stressful breakfast ever! Utter shambles of a place. Confusion over which way the queue to place the order went. Long wait after placing our order. Order was wrong, with one breakfast missing. Second long wait for the missing breakfast, which was wrong - twice! Both tables beside us also have wrong order, but the queue at the serving table is so long its not worth waiting. Appreciate its a new restaurant and the staff are all new, but someone needs to provide them with some training and direction. The windows inside are running with water which is all over the floor. Theres no structure to the serving process. The whole place is a absolute shambles and a million miles from Timmys in Canada. I will not be back.

Hit the drive through todays at Tims and enjoyed the French vanilla! Service was good and drinks were very enjoyable. Restaurant was very busy, although this didnt impact the drive through. The shared exit with B&M is a bit of a problem as those entering the car park from the traffic lights and turning right are blocked by those trying to leave.
